If any members want to contact you, can they be assured that no one has amnesty, immunity or whatever you want to call it. Will everyone be on a level playing field or have you cut deals with certain individuals in our union? Also wondering if you and your associates are in contact with the state's attorney general or do you work independently? do you have knowledge of the Will-Work issue?

There have been no deals cut. Everyone is on a level playing field. I do not know the specifics on the Attorney Generals case with wilworks. WE do work together at times. But we are an independent body in this case.
If you have some info call. 617-748-3196 or my cell 617-594-3641.
Thanks for your help. Joe MacDonald

Joe thank's for responding.
When you state that there have been no deal's cut with anyone and that everyone is on a level playing field, are you speaking for just your agencies investigation?
I'm wondering because from my understanding there are multiple agencies involved in some sort of investigation of member's of local 82 and possibly some companies, and don't know if anyone has been granted anything from one agency and the other agency might not know about it and if I or we were to meet with one agency on some issuses,I or we wouldn't want what I or we descuss,or my or our identities revealed to anyone that might have been or is under investigation and are now co-opperating with the investigation.
I have talked to member's you have been in contact with but I trust no one at this stage and can not get a feel for who might be co-opperating with any agency.
I have heard that John Perry or a member of his inner circle is co-opperating with one or all agencies involved in the investigation, and that the investigation is centered around one group of members associated with Bill Dodd, that is fine if that's where it's going but if I or we were to meet it would be to descuss the inner circle associates and don't feel comfortable thinking my or our identities would be revealed to them!
I was hoping you would contact me to make this alot easier, but that hasn't happened and I don't think you will be contacting me because it seems the only member's that have been contacted are the one's that have worked on cash job's and I wouldn't have any first hand knowledge of those job's because I never worked one. I hope the investigations are not limited to these cash job's and member's of local 82,I hope it is much broader than that.
THANK'S FOR YOUR TIME, GOOD LUCK

I am a member of a task Force. I work with the FBI and the Department of Labor. The AG did a civil complaint against Wil Works.
When we speak to people we will never disclose who we have talked to.
In regards to John Perry and the Union they are cooperating with providing the documents that we have requested through the Attorneys.
There have been no deals cut with anyone at this time. How ever there is a possibility at some time like anyother investigations profers could be granted. But as of this date no one has any deal.
To anyone who wishes to talk to us it is in confidence, Please call. We need your knowledge and help. If you have questions please call me.
Thanks for your help. For the task Force Joe MacDonald 617-748-3196 or 617-594-3641 cell

Joe, This is why you're on this site:
Willwork Inc., has agreed to pay 260,000 dollars in back benefits and interest to settle allegations it failed to make contributions to 34 teamsters employees pension, health, and annuity funds, Attorney General Tom Reilly has announced today. Willwork Inc. of Easton, Ma provides labor and services to the tradeshow industry. From 1995-2001 Willwork received approximately 214,000 dollars from a Georgia company, named Nth Degree Inc. Records indicated that the payments were intended to fund contributions to pension, health and annuity funds with plans associated with Teamsters local 82 of South Boston, Mass. The 34 Teamsters will receive payments directly from the commonwealth of mass. ranging in amounts from $63 to $74,602. This case was handled by assistant ag Robert Lang with the assistance of inspector general Paul Gordon, all of the Attorney Generals fair labor and business practices division and investigators and agents of the United States dept of labor racketeering and fraud investigations unit. Thank god, that someone is out there watching and punishing these greedy, unethical, individuals. No edit, just adding this link to a very good post. The union knew what was happening. Why didn't they do anything about it? Did they get anything for not doing anything about it?

The AG's investigation was sperate from the investigation Iam involved with. However there was a member from the Labor Dept that was involved in that investigation.
Some of the information is of use. However there is a lot of items that are mentioned, that are not criminal but grievable. You should look at filiing grievences in some of those areas. I cannot direct you in this procedure.
Thanks for the help.
To those who would like us to reach out to them call and leave a number we will all bacK.
