the 1990 lm2 is not signed by then pres. joe riccioli,it was not recieved until may 8,1991.this is also around the time joe r. left office.1990 is the last lm2 mary is listed on.long time members may remember mary was forced out and joe was gone soon after,the story i heard was he wouldnt sign a check,i always discounted this story because johnny wouldnt need a second signature as the principal officer,joe as pres. was to sign this FEDERAL document why he chose not to is a question only he can answer.

1990 lm2 lists pet geary as a new trustee,giving johnny the 4 out of 7{john,fred,billy and pet},johns total disbursment was 57,993.in 1991 it was 61,903.in 1992 it was 64,643.in 1993 it was 70,974.in 1994 it was 74,553.in 1995 it was 77,455.in 2000 it was 106,125,now it is 186,000 and time to walk your dog at work

Can you go back and research when dizzo was appointed to e-board?Word is that they listed him as current the first year instead of new or appointed to aviod the background check.I don't think his 13yrs. were up to hold office.There was a reason why they lied on that lm2!

Let's take away his power to appoint and bring democracy to this union. Emergency elections should be the ONLY way to fill a vacated position. Read my lips JOHN PERRY. This is the nepotism that you claim doesn't exist. If your friends and family are so qualified and well liked in this union then have them go through an election process instead of all these appointments! What are you afraid of, that they may lose? Your damn right they would lose! Democracy is the ONLY answer and we all must demand it! January is the time to propose changes in the bylaws isn't it?

Speaking of bylaws. If there were any bylaws changed in the last 25 years, I never recieved a letter in the mail informing me of such change! Question 22 in 2002 lm2 report says there were changes! Anyone get a letter? We're supposed to! By the way Johnny Boy. Congratulations on geing the 43rd highest paid teamster in 2005!
