Why isn't Party By Design being organized. In other words, why are they not in our local? They are always doing jobs all over the city with Port Lighting but never use our help unless it's at the WTC. They have no choice there! Have you ever tried to organize them? Without Billy Dodd, I mean. Have you done anything to strengthen this union? That does not include signing up all your post 3/31/03 votes! By the way, why did you stop the last meeting to swear in two fat chicks? The swearing ins were already done. You did not follow protocall did you? Do you know that we have a protocall in our bylaws? Do you even know our bylaws? Do you follow our contract? Do you make the companies deal in good faith according to our contract? Do you get paid by your local union and any other international union while you are out of town doing "other" buisiness? Have you ever knowingly hurt a brother teamster? Why did you go along with Hoffa on the Pension Reform knowing that the "Red Zone" would hurt all of our brothers. Do you still agree with those reforms that Jr. Hoffa now has flipped on? Are you going to say what ever JR tells you to say? We are just warming up Johnny Boy. I hope you can see all the changes without having to read the papers.

excellent questions,also did walsh not pay into the pension for 1 year,true or false? did you ever fail to collect money due to the local 82 savings and investment plan,for ex.,when members travel for champion expo they are paid h&w hours but not annuity as a trustee of both plans how is this possible?when members went to reno for fdc they recieved union benifit payments,true or false?if true is this a union job?if yes was the senority list honored,if no why not?

I'll answer one of your Q's. I worked at the Hynes with John plenty of times during the late 70's. Once C&H picked up the IBM account the only listmen they sent, for the most part, were trailer drivers.
