Article 4,sec.8,duties of officers,BUISNESS AGENT,........he shall see that the members live up to the constitution and that any contracts between the union and the employer are carried out as minutly as possible,and report any violations to the union............he shall be at all times subject to the union and may be dismissed at any time for dishonesty,incompetency,or inattention to buisiness,if found guilty after a fair and impartial trial.
